Van Air Systems oil water separators can remove lubricants down to a level in compliance with most regulations, and are designed to operate in most ambient conditions year-round. These Oil Water Separators utilize multi-stage separation technology to clean up condensate streams to stay in compliance.
The first stage collects and prevents rust, dirt, and scale from entering the main reservoir. The main reservoir provides time to allow oil to coagulate and float to the surface.
The next chamber removes the segment of oils that are still in the solution. Finally the last stage is where the carbon beds ensure that condensate will meet or exceed discharge
limits.
