What does in-stock mean?

ISC Sales is a certified distributor for many products that are manufactured with another company. Lead times, including processing time, is typically between 1 – 3 business days but may vary based on the manufacturer. We offer shipping times on the website but are not ultimately liable for delays in shipment. We will notify you when your order is shipped. What are shipping and transit times?

Shipping times are based on the shipping method selected on your order. We do not handle international shipping, just domestic U.S. shipping. Your shipping options could be based on shipping zones or shipping classes. Your shipping method may range from the following:

  • Ground UPS – 3 to 5 days from ship date
  • Expedited – 2 to 3 days from ship date
  • Urgent – 1 to 2 days from ship date
  • Truck w/o Lift Gate – If you are shipping to a business with access to a forklift or have a loading dock. Shipping time varies based on delivery location.
  • Truck w/ Lift Gate – If you are shipping to a residence and have no access to a forklift. Shipping time varies based on delivery location.
  • Collect – Please provide a collect number and carrier preference. Shipping time varies based on delivery location.

Transit times are typically 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) but may vary based on the manufacturer.

How do I add a coupon to an order?

If you have received a coupon code for an order, you will insert the coupon code and apply the coupon in the shopping cart before moving to shipping and checkout on your order. The updated total price will reflect the coupon discount immediately after selecting apply coupon.
