The EVERFILT SK-SSM-SERIES is our standard SSM-Series Sand Media Filters, with the addition of a carbon steel skid (mounting platform for filtration system). The skid-mounted water filtration system creates a platform that allows for easy maneuverability for permanent and mobile applications. Everfilt’s SK-SSM-Skid-Mounted Water Filtration Systems include a fabricated backwash manifold, stainless steel sight glass, and air/vac relief valve.
Everfilt has taken the proven SSM-Series sand media filters and added a carbon steel skid platform, equipped with forklift pockets for easy lifting onto a truck, trailer, or moving around the project site. Having a skid-mounted water filtration system assembled and fixed-mounted means the foundation does not require a concrete or gravel pad. Having a skid-mounted water filtration system also creates a base that does not require a completely level foundation to be assembled.
Everfilt designs and manufactures its own automatic backwash controls. User-friendly control knobs, panel labeling, and display lights make for easy use of our systems. Our stainless steel systems are all constructed with the highest quality material available and are unmatched when compared to most competitors.
