Vortex Coolers can take clean compressed air, and convert it into two streams of air, one hot and one cold. The cold air keeps electrical and electronic enclosures cool, clean and protected and is a low cost alternative to expensive, high maintenance air conditioners. With a Vortec cooler you also avoid possible contamination with dirty, humid air caused by fans.
By rotating incoming compressed air at a high speed to create cold air vortex tubes utilize no moving parts, which translate into no maintenance. This affordable cooler is designed to produce 5,000 cooling BTU’s, with 70 SCFM air consumption, with a ducting kit, and filter.
