Sandblasting is a process that removes rust and old paint from metal surfaces. In this procedure, the surface is prepared until it becomes smooth and clean. This helps to last longer on the new paint, allowing you to engrave on glass or wood. It has been increasingly used for the decorative processing of mirrors, glass pieces of furniture, and many other items.
A sandblaster is a device that organizes the most potent supply of a sand-air mixture that is also called abrasive material. The tool prepares the abrasive, regulates its intensity, forms a “torch” with the required characteristics from sand and air.
Sandblast cabinets are machines and components for projecting blast media against a part’s surface to abrade, clean, modify, or etch the surface. Abrasive, Sand, metal shot, and other blast media are propelled using pressurized water, compressed air, or a blast wheel.
