Description: Two molded 75 gallon (284L) spill pallets and two 65 Gallon (246L) expansion tanks, combined into a modular system with a total capacity of 280 Gallons (1060L). The system is designed to hold two IBC tanks side-by-side.
Application: For use in storing two IBC tanks when a “build to suit” need exists, the modular system allows you to build your own containment area, while remaining in compliance with EPA regulations.
Product Features: The Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallets help you comply with EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and SPCC regulations, as well as maintaining a clean, safe work/ storage environment when utilizing your IBC tanks.
- Provides low cost spill containment for multiple IBC tanks. Standard offerings include: 2-Tank, 3-Tank, 4-Tank and 5-Tank indoor and outdoor models. In addition, components can be purchased separately to allow users to “build-your-own” configurations for indoor models.
- Each IBC tank sits on a heavy duty spill pallet that offers a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) capacity of 9000 lbs (4083 kg) and 75 gallons (284L) of spill capacity.
- All-polyethylene construction resists UV rays, rust, corrosion and most chemicals for long trouble-free life of the product.
- All systems include a combination of spill pallets and expansion tanks with the exception of the 5-Tank system. The 5-Tank system’s total capacity reaches 375 gallons (1419L) and no longer needs the expansion tanks to meet spill containment requirements. All spill pallets and expansion tanks are connected via flow through bulkhead allowing the individual units to
share containment capacity. - Constructed of 100% polyethylene, eliminating the potential for rust and corrosion as well offering excellent chemical compatibility with a broad range of chemicals including acids, solvents and oils.
- Indoor models help you comply with newly-revised SPCC regulations as well as EPA Container Storage Regulations 40 CFR 264.175 and 265.177. Outdoor models help you comply with these regulations as well as Stormwater Management regulations and they are considered a Best Management Practice (BMP) for providing effective stormwater management.
