Vibration dampeners are designed to provide absorption of vibration within a collection system. The standard dampener provides a section of EDPM rubber in the place of the ducting. Fabricated out of 20 gauge material, it uses a 1/8″ thick EDPM material attached between two galvanized or stainless steel ends. The ends can be fabricated to connect to rolled-lip, flanged or raw end connections. The rubber is glued and banned to the two metal ends for added stability.
Custom fabrications are available including food grade, abrasive resistant and high temperature rubber, as well as galvanized, stainless steel and painted metal options in a variety of gauges.
