Marketing Coordinator

In this position, you will be working with the marketing manager to drive sales efforts, develop new product lines, and maintain a strong, digital marketing presence for ISC Sales.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter, with this role requiring you to wear a lot of hats. You will need strong writing skills for content creation, while always looking for the next product for our account managers to sell. The right person will have a willingness to learn, not only best marketing practices, but gaining industry knowledge as well.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and implement a digital marketing strategy across all digital mediums, including web analytics, search engine optimization, banner ads, e-mail marketing and websites.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for new products to add to our various divisions. This includes competitor and pricing analysis along with sales and advertising projections.
  • Understand core metrics traffic and conversion analysis. Monitor results and improve conversions.
  • E-mail marketing. Keep current and past customers engaged while reaching out to new prospects and warm leads.
  • Assessing each product group success in terms of revenue, profitability and growth potential.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and internet sales channels and assess against goals (KPI’s).
  • Coordinate with Marketing Manager on keyword research, competitor analysis, conversion optimization and lead generation.

Qualifications

4 year degree and two years of marketing experience or equivalent work experience.

Marketing Data Analyst

In this position, you will be working with the marketing manager to drive sales efforts, develop new product lines, and maintain a strong, digital marketing presence for ISC Sales.

The Marketing Data Analyst will analyze marketing, customer, and sales data to measure and monitor performance for ISC’s various channels. This Team Member will proactively mine data and produce analytical output. This individual will work with large scale and complex traditional and non-traditional data sources to identify opportunities that enhance performance and efficiency of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with large scale and complex traditional and non-traditional data sources to identify opportunities that enhance performance and efficiency of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze marketing, customer, and sales data to measure and monitor performance by channel
  • Analyze website performance and customer online engagement using data analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Provide SQL/R programming, under general direction, in the execution of data analysis that will contribute to project deliverables
  • Update and modify reporting and dashboards that support business partners across the company
  • QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracy
  • Appropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignments
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Generate ad hoc analysis to drive short term strategies

  • Strong analytical thinker in an unstructured/ whitespace environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly to deliver on multiple projects while maintaining a service-oriented, customer–centric focus.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related scientific discipline)
  • Fluent in data fundamentals: SQL, data manipulation using a procedural language (R, Python), statistics, experimentation, and modeling
  • Advanced Excel with higher level math and logic skills
  • Well versed in data mining (databases, querying languages, SQL)
  • Demonstrated skill communicating complex analysis to non-experts

E-Commerce Manager – Word Press Developer

ISC Sales, a national industrial equipment distributor that has been in business for 33 years, is seeking an E-commerce Manager that is looking to bring their career to the next level. In this position, you will be working in the marketing department to drive ecommerce sales, bring in new products, and maintain a strong, digital marketing presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of the ecommerce store and its growth
  • Manage all technical aspects of the web development process
  • Manage all aspects of website merchandising, including product merchandising, promotion planning, , online catalog changes, product setup, catalog optimization, etc.
  • Serve as department UX design and customer experience lead
  • Aid in planning, create and implement a digital marketing strategy across all digital including, web analytics, search engine optimization, SEM/PPC, banner ads, e-mail marketing and websites in conjunction with SEO Manager
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
  • Ability to create web pages that score extremely well in page speed tests such as Google Lighthouse or GT Metrix
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design for all websites
  • Troubleshooting site/content issues

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree and two years of marketing/ecommerce experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic web design skills. Must be comfortable editing HTML, CSS, PHP.
  • PPC. A basic knowledge of working with Google Adwords/Bing Ads.
  • Good UX design skills. You know what makes for a great user experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Up to date on the most current and best SEO practices.
  • Ability to write engaging copy for newsletters, product descriptions and landing pages.
  • Strong Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce a plus.
